Absolutely. Off-hours scheduling is our default for storefronts, restaurants and HOAs. We routinely work early mornings, after closing, weekends, or on a recurring rotation that's invisible to your customers.
How does recurring service pricing work?
Most HOAs and property managers book quarterly, semi-annually or annually. Pricing is built per visit with a discount for ongoing contracts. We send the scope, schedule, and itemized invoice, and we don't move the price unless the scope changes.
Will pressure washing damage stucco, signage, or paint?
Not when it's done right. We soft wash painted and delicate surfaces (stucco, siding, signage, awnings) at low pressure using specialized cleaning chemistry, never high pressure on those surfaces. High pressure is reserved for concrete and hardscape that can take it.
