Commercial Questions

Do you provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI)?

Yes. We carry general liability and workers' compensation coverage and can issue a COI naming your property as an additional insured before the first scheduled job. Most COIs are issued within 24 hours of a signed quote.

Can you work outside our business hours?

Absolutely. Off-hours scheduling is our default for storefronts, restaurants and HOAs. We routinely work 5–10 AM, after closing, weekends, or on a recurring rotation that's invisible to your customers.

How does recurring service pricing work?

Most HOAs and property managers book quarterly, semi-annually or annually. Pricing is built per visit with a discount for ongoing contracts. We send the scope, schedule, and itemized invoice — and we don't move the price unless the scope changes.

Will pressure washing damage stucco, signage, or paint?

Not when it's done right. We soft wash painted and delicate surfaces (stucco, siding, signage, awnings) at low pressure using specialized cleaning chemistry — never high pressure on those surfaces. High pressure is reserved for concrete and hardscape that can take it.

Do you handle multi-property portfolios?

Yes. We work with property managers and HOA boards overseeing multiple properties. We can build a master schedule, route the crew efficiently, and consolidate invoicing — one point of contact for all locations.

What's your service area?

All five Southern California counties: Los Angeles, Orange, San Bernardino, Riverside and San Diego. We're based in the Inland Empire so we cover IE properties same-week, with extended scheduling for the coast and South Bay.
